We're building a new US sweepstakes casino and assembling our core founding team. This is not a classic accounting role - it's about running the money side of a high-risk, multi-entity iGaming business.
You will be the person who knows where every dollar is, how it moves, and how to make sure nothing gets stuck, blocked, or lost.
What you will own
You will be fully responsible for how money moves inside the company:
Payment Infrastructure
All PSPs, banks, EMIs, and crypto wallets
All intercompany transfers between US, EU and offshore entities
All outgoing payments to affiliates, vendors, SaaS and contractors
Financial Control
Real-time cashflow and balances
PSP settlements, reserves, fees, chargebacks
You are the person who makes sure that:
PSPs don't freeze us,
banks don't block us
and the CEO always knows how much money the business actually has.
What you will do

Build Payment Structure
Build and maintain the full payment and cashflow structure across multiple legal entities.

Operate & Reconcile
Operate and reconcile US & EU PSPs, EMIs and crypto gateways.

Manage Reserves
Manage rolling reserves, delayed settlements and withheld funds.

Control Transfers
Execute and control intercompany transfers (US - EU - offshore).

Process Payments
Process all outgoing payments (marketing, affiliates, vendors, contractors).

Monitor Cashflow
Keep daily, weekly and monthly cashflow control.

Prepare for Scale
Prepare a clean, transparent money structure for the future CFO (You can get this role too!).
This role starts small (pre-launch, <$1M turnover) and will scale very fast - you build the system now, not fix chaos later.
What we are looking for
Must-have
Payment Systems Experience
Hands-on work with US and EU PSPs, EMIs and banks.
Multi-Entity Structures
Experience with multi-entity structures and intercompany transfers.
Technical Understanding
Understanding of:
rolling reserves,
delayed settlements,
PSP compliance & risk logic.
Technical Skills
Strong Excel/Google Sheets for cashflow and reconciliation.
Language
English B2+.
Nice to have
Industry Experience
Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, high-risk payments or similar industries.
Crypto payment experience.
Background
Experience working with PSPs under compliance pressure.
Startup/scale-up background.
